I have been a resident of Palm Coast since 1985, that’s when my parents moved our family to Florida from New Jersey. I have to admit at first I did not like Palm Coast but, then again all we had was one stop light and McDonald’s. Fast forward 20 years and I am now a full time Realtor, in a booming market, with much knowledge of the area. Our growth here over the last 5 years has recently (April 2005) given Flagler County the title of fastest growing county in the nation.
